Jonnie Hontanosas - LMSW
I believe healing begins with self-awareness but true transformation happens when insight is paired with action.
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) practicing under LCSW supervision, providing therapy to individuals and families. My approach blends depth psychology with practical, solution-focused strategies thus helping clients uncover the unconscious roots of their struggles while building the tools for meaningful, lasting change.
As a first-generation immigrant raised by a single mother, I understand resilience firsthand. My journey, from overcoming early adversity to studying at top universities, traveling solo across 40+ countries, and connecting deeply across cultures continue to shape my practice. These experiences fuel my empathy and strengthen my commitment to helping others find clarity, confidence, and healing.
I hold degrees from Columbia University (M.A.), the University of Texas at Austin (B.A.), and Louisiana State University (M.S.W.), and I’m a certified yoga teacher trained in India. Fluent in three languages and culturally attuned, I strive to create an inclusive, supportive space for every client.
I'm excited to work with you.

Alistair Graham - LCSW-R
With over 15 years of experience in the U.S. and the U.K., I’ve worked with children, adolescents, families, and groups across a range of clinical settings. Originally from the U.K. and educated at Oxford University, my professional journey has included diverse roles—serving in the British Army, working as an editor in publishing, and as a financial analyst in investment management—before I ultimately pursued my passion for psychotherapy.
I moved to New York to further my clinical training and continue my work as a therapist. I graduated from Columbia University's School of Social Work in 2009. My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for meaningful change. Through a collaborative and supportive process, I help clients develop the tools to navigate difficult emotions, strengthen resilience, and create lasting growth.
I have particular expertise in working with individuals navigating grief and loss, as well as those living with depression and anxiety.
My office is conveniently located near Union Square, and I offer early morning, daytime, and evening appointments during the week. Please feel free to reach out to schedule an initial consultation.
